1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

5 Withdrawal of Wins

Sinartogel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including claimed loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond our control.

12 Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law

Sinartogel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before taking effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate action.
